What was the last book you read?

Simple writing task: Come up with five words to describe the last book you read

Example -- Charlotte's Web:

Farm

Friendship

Animals

Life cycles

Words

This can be used for any type of text or media(e.g. last comic, last animation film, last TV show, last advert etc.)

Also, this could be extended by wrapping books in brown paper and adding a luggage tag to each book. Write the five words on the tag - help children to try different texts and widen their reading. Also teaches the message of don't judge a book by its cover.
