Writing Strategy

This is a teaching strategy that can be used before writing.

Pose: gets all learners thinking - could be a question, a story, an object or an experience to act as a stimulus for writing.

Pause: provide thinking time

Pounce: nominate a learner to answer/share

Bounce: discuss, stretch and challenge class before confirming the answer
